Einstine was experimenting with the chronosphere when it started showing him 10s if not hundreds of timelines where RA2 happen, all have one thing in common, the Allies win, until Yuri shows himself, only one timeline has won against Yuri. Then the chronosphere starts showing blueprints for a ship and robots, and cooridnates for a planet far away from Earth, this was a warning for what was to come.

Summary: After Al-an's failed attempt to initiate warp drive, and rejection of consciouses's aid at Robin's behest the team is forced to set their sights on a distant planet Al-an claims to be the homeworld of a fickle alien species they once called allies. Meanwhile Ryley struggles to fit in with a enigmatic resercher and her apathic alien companion, all the while trying to figure out just what it is they are keeping from him.. The crew soon finds its best to come clean and wear their ambitions on their sleeves, trust their fellow crewmates. It may very well save their lives.
