An adaptation of the movie "The Secret of Moonacre" which was loosely based on "The Little White Horse" book. This story introduces Constance Merryweather. A young 20-year old girl destined for more than the city life she was brought up in. After the sad and distressing death of both her Mother and Father Constance, her younger sister Maria and their determined governess Miss Heliotrope embark on new adventures in the West Country of England within the district of Moonacre Valley. A city girl in the countryside. What could possibly go wrong? It turns out a lot could. A story filled with fairy tales that turn to reality, bandits and plunderers threatening the borders of her new home and an unexpected acquaintance which could potentially blossom if they could only let go of their pride. NOTE - This will be a slow-paced story, I'm excited to explore Moonacre, in a different light, and do not want to rush it! Please bear with it, I'm super proud of this one and once you get stuck in I'm sure you will enjoy the storyline. UPLOAD SCHEDULE - Will be slow! BOOK 1 Rose Merryweather, the elder sister of Maria Merryweather goes to Moonacre Mannor after her father dies, everything seems odd and nothing makes sense. The mysterious De Noir Clan, the piano which plays music by its self, and who leaves the dresses up in her room? (I've edited the story to fit what I'd like to happen)

It all started about 100 years or so ago when the Moon Princess cursed the Moonacre Valley. Two men were to pay; Her father, Coeur De Noir, and her lover, Benjamin Merryweather. On the 5000 moon, it would crash upon Moonacre Valley and destroy it. Though, a young girl named Maria Merryweather, the next Moon Princess, was able to destroy the curse before it was too late. Now, two and a half years later, a new curse was placed upon Moonacre because Maria Merryweather left before breaking the Sun Lord's curse. The sun would crash upon earth, creating a blazing fire and would burn everything to the ground. Since the moon is smaller than the sun, the sun was going to destroy the whole earth. Dakota Winters is the one who shall break the curse. The Winters family is close friends with the Merryweather family and went on their side when the De Noir family and the Merryweather family were feuding and continued to feud. Though, Loveday De Noir and Benjamin Merryweather are married. Robin De Noir is expecting the arrival of Dakota Winters and is planning to execute her like his father had said. They believed that Moonacre Valley would only be destroyed, putting them in power. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Cooperate or be punished. Either way, you're coming with us." The De Noir bandit leader growled out. "Surrender? As in going down without a fight? You obviously don't know who I am." I state. I quickly turn and run away before his little friends and him could catch me. The trees passed by quickly and I was sure to get away as fast as possible from these savages.

When her dad announces to Emily that her niece will live with them her life soon turns upside down as she not only learns more about her family, and what role she plays in the dark curse that is still surrounding Moonacre Valley, but also has to deal with possibly losing the most important person in her life. |All the rights go to the rightfull owners I only created Emily|

"I'll see you later, Princess~" "Wait..I need to ask you something Robin." Maria never thought she'd be standing in the dark, with the moon shining down on her and the young man in front of her. It was a pretty intriguing sight, in her opinion but so was Robin. The two had snuck out to meet and it was time to leave, but she couldn't. She had other things that interested her.

A continuation of "the secret of moonacre" where I ship Robin and Maria. Robin loves Maria but Maria is still figuring out her feelings for him. I will try to make it interesting but I do not own the characters. I am sorry I am not good at descriptions

Part 1: Maria Merryweather has just saved Moonacre Valley from its curse with the help of a once enemy, Robin De Noir. With the valley at peace, Maria has to adjust to a new life and finishing school. Little does she realize that a great danger comes from afar. Maria x Robin. Inspired by the Little White Horse but based on the Secret of Moonacre movie. Be warned, this is a slowburn, and was also my first fanfic so it starts a bit rough. All seemed well after Maria saved Moonacre Valley. She's been gone for three years to finish her schooling and finally she's returned home. But the very first night she is there, terrible nightmares assault her and something feels off. Darkness has been taking over Moonacre Valley and it is up to Maria and Robin to discover what is threatening them and stop it before everything is lost. And what about Robin? He's certainly been acting strange lately. Why is he seeming so gentle towards her when he so rough and wild for the rest of the world? (Better than description I promise)

Diamond goes to live with her best friend who left a year ago but that makes the de noirs confused (who is the moon princess) also Diamond is a tomboy and never wears bright while Eleanor has changed into a girly girl (will they get along). Maria is still in this story later on guys and only one of the girls (Diamond or Eleanor) will survive the other will end up dying.

Robin De Noir x Y/N Merryweather (maria's older sister) In a tale where fantasies come to life, enemies are made and lovers are met, who will be the savior of the valley. Will sibling rivalry, pride, jealousy and greed get in the way? Will the valley truly come to an end, or will someone step up to take on the responsibility?

He was a badass with no love in his heart for anyone or anything except the forest. She was his muse. The one thing that broke him. The one thing he treasured. The sparkling jewel on top of the snack-sized snickers that he "accidentally" stole from the supermarket two days ago. (A modern version of the movie "The Secret of Moonacre".)

Everyone knows how the the last Moon Princess saved Moonacre from being plunged into eternal darkness. But what about the young man in the shadows? The heir to the De Noir clan. The one who made it possible for Maria to find the Moon Pearls? What did he witness? What hardships and abuse did he shoulder from his father? What could've happened or been said that would make Robin De Noir put everything; his inheritance, title, and even his life; on the line to run to the aid of Maria Merryweather?

The third and final story in The Secret of Moonacre Trilogy.] It's been two years since Maria destroyed the dark pearl. The valley has been peaceful and happy since. Everyone has been growing as individuals and as a family. But suddenly a long forgotten enemy rises and Moonacre is thrown into turmoil. War is declared, family is divided and love and trust are tested. The return of this foe has been changing things badly. And Robin just so happens to be one of them. What happens when Maria can't even recognize the man she loves? Who will help her save the valley once more? And just what does this dark individual want with her? On top of it all Maria realizes she has more powers than she knew and they are beginning to wield out of control. How will she learn to control them when she is the only one who possesses them? And someone near to Maria has a closely guarded secret that could change everything. Will they admit it and risk being shunned or cast out? Or will they hide it forever and watch the valley be destroyed? (Better than description I promise. XD)

The girl who could change the fate of the land and prevent its destruction by seeking out the Moon Pearls. This may be a tall order. Lysandra Heliotrope is a self-confessed criminal who disturbs the London streets with her gang of misfits, the Sons of Loki. Tragedy strikes the Merryweather family and the criminal is whisked away to the countryside under the care of her neurotic mother, Miss Heliotrope, and her now-orphaned charge, Maria Merryweather. When questions are raised and legends discovered, Lyra must help Maria unite the families with the Pearls of Legend. But they are hindered by the de Noirs, who send a mysterious bandit to beguile Lyra with her own tricks, and are discouraged by Maria's handsome uncle, Sir Benjamin. Rescuing the valley might not be possible when Lyra's heart is put on the line... [The characters and some of the other minutiae are property of Velvet Octopus film company, but the rest are original concepts of my own devising.]

Its six months into a pandemic that shows no signs of stopping. Maria's bored, lonely, and homesick. She calls home to chat with her family and is surprised to find Robin there too. After learning she hasn't gone back to Moonacre in order to avoid public transportation and keep her family safe, Robin embarks on a mission to bring her home-- the only thing, he has to be her roommate for a couple of days.

Sorry for the uninventive title. This story has been published elsewhere but I don't like that site anymore so now it's here. I'm going to put it up chapter by chapter and see how it goes down. It starts with Robin from The Secrets of Moonacre waking up to realise he's not in Moonacre anymore.

A Robin De Noir Love Story Once upon a time, there was a woman beloved by the moon. The moon blessed her with the Moon Pearls. She was known as the Moon Princess. Two families lived at the edge of the valley. The Moon Princess revealed the pearls to both families. Betrayed, the Moon Princess cast a terrifying curse over them all. All had been cursed, all but one. Her name is Selene Merryweather. She is given the task of bring the families together and ending the curse. But can she be successful while fighting her heart, trying to keep out the De Noir that's been helping her all along? Disclaimer: I do not own the Secret of Moonacre, or the Little White Horse. I also do not own any of the characters besides Selene Merryweather.

Willow is in new waters now. Especially with it involving Robin De Noir.
