An adaptation of the movie "The Secret of Moonacre" which was loosely based on "The Little White Horse" book. This story introduces Constance Merryweather. A young 20-year old girl destined for more than the city life she was brought up in. After the sad and distressing death of both her Mother and Father Constance, her younger sister Maria and their determined governess Miss Heliotrope embark on new adventures in the West Country of England within the district of Moonacre Valley. A city girl in the countryside. What could possibly go wrong? It turns out a lot could. A story filled with fairy tales that turn to reality, bandits and plunderers threatening the borders of her new home and an unexpected acquaintance which could potentially blossom if they could only let go of their pride. NOTE - This will be a slow-paced story, I'm excited to explore Moonacre, in a different light, and do not want to rush it! Please bear with it, I'm super proud of this one and once you get stuck in I'm sure you will enjoy the storyline. UPLOAD SCHEDULE - Will be slow! When the first Moon Princess cursed the Valley you might have thought it was the Merryweathers and de Noirs who got the worse end of the curse. Yet that was far from the truth. With the two powers of the Valley too occupied with feuding with each other everything fell apart and fast. One woman decided she would try everything to honor her best friend's legacy by becoming a Keeper the Valley. Now her only descendant carries on her legacy at the young age of 15. She has become beacon of hope for the Valley and all of it's people. She has managed to stay under the radar almost her entire life. Yet time is running out for the Valley and the New Moon Princess is coming to Moon Acre. The Valley is on edge with situations become more dire, what is a teenage girl to do. Being a Keeper of the Valley isn't easy add puberty, a new princess, and a race against time. Not to mention dressing like a guy to fly under the radar having given her dresses away to those who needed them more. What else can she say. But they are hindered by the de Noirs, who send a mysterious bandit to beguile Lyra with her own tricks, and are discouraged by Maria's handsome uncle, Sir Benjamin. Maria Merryweather is just your average thirteen year old girl - hanging out with friends and looking out for boys. Her mother had passed away earlier, and her father was in the government, but he had just been killed. Maria had lost it all, except for a book that her father left for her in his will. Having no family left except for an uncle she had never met who lived in the countryside who she is going to live with, Maria's life is altered as she discovers that there may be more to her than meets the eyes. - Based off the book "The Little White Horse" by Elizabeth Goudge and the film "The Secret Of Moonacre" I do not own any characters except for some.

However, to break them from their perfect paradise, Rose's recent headaches have been getting worse. It's only a matter of time till they eventually lead to something more. Moonacre was once again in danger, but this time there were much higher stakes...

This is about the story between Robin De Noir and Maria Merryweather. Im not going into to much detail but let's just say that this is a story told like it was real.
