Hawkins, 1986. A week before spring break someone moves to Hawkins, even with the awful rumors about the town about its supposed curse. Ebony, that's their name. It doesn't take a while for people to talk about them, and how they supposedly killed their parents and fled to the countryside. I mean have you seen them? It's not even their first week here and they have skipped so much school it's crazy. Things change for the better when one evening they go to rent a movie and see Robin, their classmate alongside, Dustin, and a guy named Steve. All of them seem to get along well, and two days the latter name is invited to join them for a DnD game, where they officially meet Eddie, a seemingly crazy older guy who catches their eye. Things go crazy next time they visit Robin at her job, and they get caught in the solving of the murder to prove Eddie's innocence and now has to help the gang solve the mystery around those murders. An absolutely horrendous idea that a friend and I had in the middle of the night one night. This is obviously a crackfic, I am BEGGING for you to not take this seriously. But also pretend you're taking it seriously in the comments because it's funny. There's sort of a "choose your adventure" type thing near the end, but I'll announce when that happens in the story. In the small town of Hawkins Indiana there really wasn't much to do, it's the type of town that people go to to find someone, settle down, get a "cubicle job", have a bunch of kids, retire, and die. What do I want to do after High school? Well that's actually a really good question. I mean it would be nice to venture out of this town for a little experience new things, but after that I'm most likely going to end up back here. Keep an eye on my dad and make sure he doesn't get lonely, rent a house or something, and if fate is willing meet someone special, get married, and eventually blend in and become just another one of Hawkins "perfect little families". I mean it's not really like I have a choice or anything, right? Nobody really leaves Hawkins no matter how hard they fight it they always end up back here, so what's the point of fighting it in the first place? (Season 1-3)
