Full disclaimer I originally wanted to tittle this fic after Dua Lipa's "Be the one" and then idk why I didn't and put that other name instead but I feel like it didn't say anything about my fic at all and I just think this new one is better! I basically wrote a Max as the Ronance daugther fic with the stuff I wanted to read, I'm sharing it in case anyone else loves this dynamic and bond! This story was based off a roleplay with some of my friends. It's basically just the fruity four fluff. There's cuddling, holding hands and etc.

It starts with Robin. She and her bestfriend at the time barb are starting school, they get a new friend and Robin falls inlove with her. That new friend is Nancy and Nancy well she instead of admitting something to Robin she cuts her off. After a year Steve and robin ends up being bestfriends but Steve has a new friend Eddie. Eddie he becomes friends with Nancy on a summer trip and now the boys wants to help Robin out after she has exposed her secret crush on Nancy. If that doesn't make sense to you just read it hope you like it. Alcohol use. Maybe smut? Fluff at least drama/ angst. Happiness also of course but what would a story be without drama? Eddie slowly coming to terms with his crush on Steve whilst Steve comes to terms with his own sexuality is a recipe for disaster and heartbreak. Steve's upbringing throws a wrench in his plans for romance. Meanwhile Robin slowly tries to win over Nancy. Eddie survives the bat attack and now the fruity 4 can truly become the fruitest 4 around. Tw for; homophobia, internalised homophobia, scars/injuries and nightmares.
