Full disclaimer I originally wanted to tittle this fic after Dua Lipa's "Be the one" and then idk why I didn't and put that other name instead but I feel like it didn't say anything about my fic at all and I just think this new one is better! I basically wrote a Max as the Ronance daugther fic with the stuff I wanted to read, I'm sharing it in case anyone else loves this dynamic and bond! It's a fill-in-the-gap story set between the final battle and the epilogue. Max is recovering both physically and emotionally, Robin and Nancy are stepping into a bit of a guardian role for her. Steve is also here for the funzies! Plus, you can't leave out Robin's platonic with capital P soulmate, right? Being a werewolf in 1988, Hawkins, Indiana, is fairly easy. AS one of five werewolves in the small town with no other creatures, life for Robin Buckley is simple. She can control her shifts and they face no danger as the local cops and Chief don't know about the supernatural. She spends half of her time with her 'second family' - her Pack, as she likes to call it - the Byers. Everything changes, however, when a lone vampire by the name of Eddie Munson happens to lead a Monster Hunter right into Hawkins one night. What's worse, is said Monster Hunter catches sight of Robin in wolf-form too, confirming there's at least one werewolf in Hawkins. Now Robin, Eddie, and the Byers have to figure out how to get rid of the sudden attention of a Hunter with the help of people that know their secret too, like Robin's best friend Steve Harrington. Someone who happens to personally know the Hunter, who's name is Nancy Wheeler. Will they be able to prevent anything bad happening to anyone? Will Robin be able to battle the fact she's slowly starting to fall for someone that wants her dead? Largely Ronance based, as well as some Steddie, Elmax, and possibly also Jopper.

Set in the fragile aftermath of Stranger Things, Hawkins is trying to rebuild, but Nancy Wheeler feels more broken than the town itself. Sleepless nights, buried guilt, and memories she can't outrun push her further into isolation, until an unexpected constant begins to pull her back toward the world again. As Nancy is forced to confront her grief, her identity, and the terrifying possibility of healing after survival. This will focus mainly on Nancy's mental health. Viewer discretion is advised.

When hellfire need 2 emergency members Dustin recruits Steve and Robin only for Nancy to join as well. Robin has been pining over Nancy for a while so when Nancy joins she takes it as a reason to get closer to her Nancy on the other hand is in the middle of a complicated long distance relationship with Jonathan. This relationship is a string of rebounds to fight feelings she had for her now late best friend Barb. Robin knew of Nancy wheeler since middle school, how could she have missed her? Maybe a slight grudge had been solidified since Barb distanced herself to cosy up with little miss perfect wheeler in middle school without looking back. We find out that Nancy and Jonathan have broken up and Robin helps Nancy get over him. Through Nancy discovering sexuality and an amazing romance sparking up this story will make you question everything you've though about this ship.
