Soon Bruce took in another orphan Richard and that made her even more asocial and dysfunctional and that was the trigger for Bruce to get her a true family. Thats when Oliver Queen steps in as he suggested as mother known to all of them... Helena Bertinelli former huntress and her husbant Victor Sage the question who retired from the league. So finally the girl had a mother they deserved and Mandy was continueing her training with Black Canary and Oliver queen. I only own banshee
