After the incident inside of Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, the little creatures known as toons were locked away all deep in the underground. Arthur, known as the creator of the toons, begged Delilah, the "maker", to see them once again. It was only a matter of time until Delilah complied with his request, under one condition: Someone else will be sent underground and check on them, not him or Delilah. . . but a new person unrelated to both of them.

Look into the lives of Rope Dagger and Steam Blaster as they phight their way to victory! As problems rise along the way, these two struggle to keep themselves on their feet. With more secrets revealed, memories from their past and even enemies that were once their best of friends. Will these brothers be able to survive the oncoming wave of tough challenges before them?
