In the world, there are those with power, and those without. 80% of the population are those with powers, known as quirks. There are people with the ability to turn someone into a cyborg or robot. People would go to them, in hopes of gaining power. But not many people chose to become full on robotic, as the robots would only be AI. No one trusted the AI, due to all the movies about them taking over the world. Izuku was a quirkless AI.

Izuku Midoriya finally had enough of the neglect, bullying and torment of his sister Izumi and his former friend Bakugo. After the jump he wakes up to find himself in a body not of his own. A stronger, faster and more resilient than anything on the planet and is charged with the very thing that weakens the number #1 hero in Japan. Humanity finally made a robot that was so realistic, you couldn't tell he was a robot! And this robot was planned to work alongside the great heroes of Japan with his skill and power! I26-K21 (Also referred to as Izuku) was the closest thing to a humanoid robot Dr. Sana Midoriya could put out. As great as he was, Izuku couldn't be perfect. Dr. Midoriya didn't give up though, while all he could do was program a very basic personality, he also made sure he would be able to feel emotions in another way. Unlock them under experience. Once he was able to feel the emotion, he kept it. But Izuku can get desperate to feel the entire emotional rainbow.
