Nozomi Mizutenshi is a blacksmith from the Land of the Waves, one who made so much of a name for herself that Konoha was more than willing to offer her a place to stay and work. As long as she was okay with providing them with the weapons she crafted. She's escorted to Konoha by Team 7, a trio of teens and she's immediately taken by their nonchalant sensei. A sensei who was going to find himself tangled up with the blacksmith, not that he was complaining. Very fluffy, OC is pretty maternal and favors Naruto.
