When the evil Sorcerer Corvus invades his kingdom of Servita, Patreus is sent by the king, his father, to retreive the Sword of Ka-Kanaw from the demon realm. It is the only weapon powerful enough to kill the sorcerer. Patreus eagerly embarks on the quest. He wants to prove himself to his father, but retrieving the Sword also means digging up secrets from his father's past. Patreus discovers the quest is more than he bargained for.
