The egg is white with black markings and Rogue takes interest in the egg and takes care of it till it hatches. Rogue becomes extremely attached to the Exceed but what no one realises is that the smaller than average Exceed is part of someone's plan but what could that plan be?

When they awaken, they are in a small hut in the middle of a village that is hidden away from the rest of society. When they question some people, just wanting answers, they instead have villagers bowing down to them. They are taken to the small castle where the leader lives.
