A drunk driver. An old car. A black dress. A lifeless body laying in an open coffin. That's all that Regina cares to remember about the day her fiancé died. Her heartless mother could only manage to give Regina unwanted pity, so she turned to her sister, Zelena for comfort. The two became closer than ever, but Zelena was whisked away to England for work, and Regina was once again left alone. She somehow picked up the pieces and managed to put her life back together, but she only ever felt like a ghost, drifting through life without purpose. But when Zelena comes home with her client, Robin, and her boyfriend, Arthur, Regina's life is flipped on its head. But will she learn that it's okay to let her heart beat, or will she forever be haunted by the memories of her past and the grudges she has held for years? ↣♛↢ Based on ABC's 'Once Upon a Time', but set in a non-magical world. I do not own Once Upon a Time or any of the characters, only the plot line. The title is based off of the song 'Tell Your Heart to Beat Again' by Danny Gokey. I do not own the song either.

Regina Mills fled from New York as soon as she graduated college and hid herself in a small town in the midwest, where her mother and her past would (hopefully) never find her. She became a teacher at an elementary school and adopted a baby boy. Robin Locksley moved to America from England after his wife left him with a five-year-old son. He was wary about moving to a small town practically in the middle of nowhere, but all of his worries go away when he meets his new co-workers.

This story is based off the TV show Once Upon a Time. Its alittle different from the show, but it will have all the characters. Such as: Emma Swan, Killian Jones, Regina Mills, Snow White, David Nolan, Henry Mills, and many many others. Though in the story we have a curse and a family lost in a curse. Three years ago Robin and his children had to buried his wife. And now, three years later, she was standing in front of him and he couldn't say if he was crazy or not. What is the story behind her disappearance and reappearance? How will be their reunion? Terrible summary, I know sorry but the story is better!

Robin and Regina have been good friends for almost six months now after Robin moved into town. They met because Henry and Roland both share a love for a specific sport. Everything is normal up until Robin has something come up and asks Regina to come with. Will this help their relationship grow? Or will she just be that supporting friend?

When Regina first meets Robin, after Tink's pixie dust, she believes that she is in love. But only to find out that he's married. She doesn't believe that she can handle another heartbreak, so her solution is to go to Rumple, and ask for a forgetting potion. After the curse is cast, a strange man enters Storybrooke with a young boy. Regina believes that he looks vaguely familiar, but she has never seen him before. Or so she thinks.

When Regina gives her heart to the wrong person on Christmas, she suffers a heartbreak that pushes her closer to her new friend, Robin Locksley. As Christmas approaches yet again, will she find that he is the right person to give her heart? Or will she be too scared to take the risk and ruin the wonderful friendship she shares with him and his son? (OQ AU)

Before Regina Mills became The Evil Queen, she had a daughter. A beautiful little princess with brown eyes and hair like her mother. She named her after the girl's father whom Regina had lost not a long time before. Her name was Daniella. But Regina never got to see her grow up. Her first steps, first words. She missed everything. Why? Because Regina thought her daughter was dead. Years later they meet again.
