Quilline's soul will be eaten today, that much is a guarantee.
After all, if the superpowered criminal was left unchecked - humanity would have been left permanently scarred. She made herself into such a monster that even a hero with the power of a goddess couldn't stop her. So by all means, the woman's eradication is both well deserved and overdue.
But...
If she can be convinced to feel a shred of regret for the choices that turned her into a monster? Then maybe, just maybe, Quilline's killer won't erase her from history after she dies. So the villain will be given one last chance to "atone" - through being forced to have her life flash before her eyes. Starting from when she only lived in the technologically advanced but crime-filled Hopian Continent, and wasn't actively making it worse... yet.

What to expect:
- The slow progression of an unpowered civilian MC to a competent criminal MC to an overpowered villain MC.
- A dystopian matriarchal setting, set in an alternate urban world with advanced tech and a soft-magic system with randomized abilities.
- A manipulative (but maybe cute?) F/M relationship: because every villain needs her femboy henchman.
- Fights against corrupt organizations and gangs, where superpowers are used as additions to weapons - not solely instead of weapons.
- Magi-tech that can enhance people's bodies, manipulate the supernatural elements of reality itself, and more.
- Sexual references and content in various recurring contexts (but any actual described nudity will be very rare).
- Casually mentioned and on-screen non-heterosexual relationships and gender-nonconforming characters.
What NOT to expect:
- Fanservice of the female cast (the male cast, however...)
- A story that only focuses on fights. Quilline's goal will always be in sight, but achieving it involves building connections, and studying the "boring" but crucial aspects of the criminal world surrounding her, in order to move up.
