Aina Macaraig finds out that famous TV reporter Maki Angeles is actually her long-lost childhood friend. They meet each other again after so many years, and Maki now has a chance to fulfill a promise he once made her, many years ago. This story was part of the Tropetastic Kindness Bundle, a charity anthology that featured all-new romance short stories from 15 #RomanceClass authors. Each author was assigned a trope and a shared setting (the fictional St. Tropez Court condominium in Ortigas, Metro Manila). The trope for this story is "First Love".

Will she back off to give way for her best friend's happiness, even if it means losing him to someone else again?

If you knew her in grade school though, you'd remember a sad little girl, who had lost her parents, and spent most of her time on the martial art arnis-a rough sport, not something girls were supposed to like. If you knew her then, you might have ostracized her for it. She learned from this mistake, and has done her best to hide all traces of her sport and skill in a new school, and now she's New Hope Academy's It Girl. But transfer student Theo Guevarra, who happens to be her old arnis buddy and first love, arrives and makes her question the life she's been living. How long can she keep up appearances, before it all falls apart?

Rain joins Mark and his high school friends for their game night. This is a chapter that was in the first draft of Fall Like Rain. I edited it out because it felt like an unnecessary scene in the overall story, but I liked it enough to keep it. Meah mentions this part in one of the scenes in the final version of the book, in Chapter 12: "And didn't you go meet his high school friends last week and you told me they thought he was happier now that you guys were talking again?"

When Charlie Ronquillo finds herself short-staffed for a couple of days, she finds help in the most unexpected person: Sid Agustin, her fruit and vegetable supplier, who was also the same guy who recently ghosted her. Left with no choice, she lets him help, and discovers that there was more to their failed date that she didn't know. Will Charlie give this attraction another chance, or is it better to close the door and forget everything about it?
