This story is pretty much what the title says. The story of the Next Generation of heroes as I imagine it. It may not be completely canon but it's what I wish was and I hope that some can relate. Have fun reading about James Rogers, Dayna Barnes, Nathaniel Barton, Torunn Thorsdottir, Maria Stark, Mason Banner, Riley Wilson and Margaret Rogers. He always felt something suspicious of the new promoted soldiers, feeling like theres always something behind their job, something like hydra. But he was most suspicious of Natasha Romanoff, from her guarded attitude and cold, mysterious demeanor. This created a very cold, hated tension between the two that was oddly noticable to the other dames. Will the two stay as enemies and Steve finding out the truth? Or will there be a twist in the two's hostile relationship?
