Waking the criminal puppetmasters from there relaxed slumber to fight him with burning determination, showing every inhabitant of Gotham that even those who threaten to be the most powerful, will never escape him. Unknown to the Bat, he was being watched. Observed by a power feared all over the world. Sending a young woman, trained by the best and living to kill, to Gotham City. Assigening her to test Gothams protector. Fighting him and making him face situation that every normal human being would break at. Being influenced by her masters words and orders she pushes Gothams dark knight as far to the edge of breaking as she can, never doubting her masters intention until she met the Batman face to face.

Dr. Sandy Sarclun is the newest doctor to enter Arkham Asylum's halls. As she starts to work with the prisoners, they become less of quote unquote 'monsters' and more of her friends. As time goes on, she wonder's if she is even able save them. But when a breakout occurs, will she be able to find them and return them to Arkham, or does she just fall deeper into Gotham's criminal underworld?
