But when a breakout occurs, will she be able to find them and return them to Arkham, or does she just fall deeper into Gotham's criminal underworld?

Bart Allen, Impulse, speeds over to Gotham City in search for two wanted thieves; Leonard Snart and Mick Rory, more commonly known as; Captain Cold and Heatwave. The two thieves have broken out from prison and have stolen experimental tech. Bart rushes to capture them before the tech can be used.
