In the land of Fiore there are different clans with many different talents. By far the strongest is the Dragon Slayers. They use there power to keep the monsters sealed away, but when Igor returns after being banished to get revenge, he uses his power to release the monsters. Now all the Dragon Slayers must join up with the other clans to once again capture the monsters. There's just one problem... they all hate each other. While gathering up the other clans Laxus gives Romeo the task of protecting Wendy, his younger sister. Romeo knows he's supposed to hate her, and for a while he does, but his feelings of hate quickly change into something else.
