Faced with a new world to explore and a new people to live among, those months were a time of difficult adjustment for the Sully family. I marked it as complete because I'm not sure if I'll ever actually finish it; I'm an unmotivated procrastinator, and I'm not as deeply invested in Avatar or this ship as I used to be (I've been dragging my feet on this single chapter since the start of the year, but I decided to just post it now because I liked it too much to keep it sitting in my drafts for so long). Following the events of Avatar: The Way of Water, the reef clan is struggling to move forward after a devastating loss. Lo'ak bears the invisible burden of being the one who survived when his older brother Neteyam did not.
