When kai calls the ninja into the living room, none of them knew what they were in for. Drinking a weird tasting orange juice while watching a figure nicknamed 'Robin hood' with a teal ninja gi and shin and forearm guards made out of dragon scales sneak and a Fury Dragon accomplice into the museum and steal back a dragon egg to return to its mother, they ask a question. Are there other ninja out there apart from them? Their question is answered when they get drugged, pranked and kicked butt (twice) by Lloyd's long lost cousin, Raya who also can form a teal spinjitzu tornado. What the ninja didn't expect was a 11 year old ¼Oni ¼dragon, ½Kitsune hybrid to give them an answer, let alone turn their daily lives upside-down. Under the lights of the monastery of spinjitzu, the little Ninja looks like a little girl version of lloyd, as she had the exact shade of chin length golden blonde hair apart from hers was done in a half up half down French braid, and her eyes were teal with a golden spark. She wears a teal gi with black Dragon scaled shin and forearm guards, and sports the same 'I'm about to do something stupid to save my friends and family look'. The next day, she makes a super difficult training course look like a playground, defeats kai, Lloyd and Garmadon during training, demonstrating power like no one has ever seen. When Garmadon silently drags wu out to the library, it is then revealed that Raya had been raised by the Dragon Masters, Egalt and Rontu of the wyldness, brought to them by the source dragon of energy, and her prophecy as the Dragon Ninja. Then, The Crowns of the Empire attacked and Raya reveals Sprite's identity as the alpha dragon, and decide to humiliate Lloyd and roast the Mayor of ninjago city. Just as the ninja thought they have heard everything, an ancient dragon who takes care of the Archives of the Wyldness reveals to the Ninja that one day, Raya will have to destroy the thing that her parents are trapped in.
