every sun needs a moon A/N: this is a really trash story i wrote a few summers ago and just never got around to publishing... or editing... or deleting. so here it is i promise my writing now isn't actually as bad as this, and i'm actually working on a twenty one pilots fanfic at the moment so i can redeem myself from this mess. enjoy. ♡

Sam Carson is living a normal life. That is, until she is chosen for an experiment: to be a human time capsule. When she wakes up, she discovers the world is much different from how she left it. She joins some familiar allies in a resistance against the cruel government. Simultaneously, she also discovers why she was chosen for this strange experiment. She is the only one who has a chance of destroying the government. Without her, all hope of things getting better will be lost.

As a suitcase rattles down the sidewalk I start to relax. The smokey scent of night time fills my lungs and I exhale slowly. I rest my head on my hands. I'm always up late. It helps me sort out my thoughts, and I feel calm. Usually though, I don't have anyone to talk to. So when a window on the other side of the street opens, and I suddenly I gain a companion, it's hard to adjust at first. As I get to know this person better, nights seem to get shorter and I long for a glance in daytime.

The world has been over run by the undead, not just zombies, but vampires and other monsters. Every human has had to vacate underground to keep themselves safe. The new government is more accepting than the old one and love is more forgiving, but life and humanity are in trouble and only a few people have the ability to find the cure.

"NEVER GIVE ME SOMETHING I WANT!" George yells while slamming his hand down onto the marble counter top. "Why not!?" Dream says with slight anger pushing into his tone. "CAUSE THEN I HAVE SOMETHING TO LOSE!" George yells with tears streaming down his face, anger no longer filling him but rather, sadness. Dream stares blankly at George as he watches him break down right in front of him, or rather, because Of him... A story of dream & George, they meet in a odd way? By train. George battles mental illness while Dream deals with family and his new found friendship...or more? **MUST READ** This is a DNF story, lots of angst!
