In the world of Remnant, the creatures called Grimm attack Humans and Faunus for as long as the world was born. However, another group of creatures called Pokémon have been fighting against the Grimm, as of an eternal battle between them never ended. When humans and faunus bond with their Pokémon, a new type of warriors are born: Pokémon Huntsman and Huntress! We follow our journey with a young boy named Yuki Silvanus. A 10 year old child who was been living on his own on a landscape with the Pokémon that his mother have captured. After a visit from the wise Professor Ozpin and Glynda Goodwitch, Yuki decided to go to Beacon Academy to become a Pokémon Huntsman and meet his two childhood friends.

Years ago Sada Ningyō was hailed as one of the greatest Huntsmen in the world. Capable of killing hundreds of Grimm, and in her career having one of the highest kill count of Grimm in the world. This was made possible with her unconventional Semblance Energy Threads and equipment Combat puppets, also knowledge of poisons. She was hailed as one of the greatest Huntsmen in the world. However Sada was still a woman, and she retired when she got pregnant. Now she lives in her home country of Sunagakure, watching over her family. Recently that family has gotten bigger with the addition of her second grand child Ren Ningyō. Ren was the youngest son being born three years after his brother Sasori. The two brothers were raised together and promised each other they would be Huntsmen too. Of course their grandmother Sada was more than happy to help, and taught them everything she could about puppets and poisons. However a few years later when Sasori was 15 Sada managed to get into the same school she got into Beacon Academy. ...Unfortunately though Sasori was returned to the Ningyō Family dead from a Grimm. This sent the family into mourning, changing everything in the family. Ren was especially affected by this, and trained himself harder, pushing his semblance, and creation of puppets as far as possible. Five years later Ren was accepted into Beacon Academy under Sada's recommendation. Ren is going to be a Huntsmen for himself and Sasori.

While investigating a dimensional rift in deep space, Vanguard Lieutenant Roland is pulled in and transported to a new world. Not long after his arrival, he discovers the creatures of darkness, known as the Grimm, and the inhabitants of the planet and their struggle against them. Sounds like they could use some help from a Guardian.

Thanks to a plan gone wrong, the entire kingdom of Darkland had been transported to the world of Remnant. What does that mean? Two things. One, it could mean Bowser might go on a grand conquest and take over all the kingdoms. Or two, he could take down the darkness that threatens to wipe out humanity and bring peace to a broken world. The legend of Atlantis, name someone in Remnant that didn't grow up with that story. A lost civilization, a lost culture, a lost race of people that roamed the earth thousands of years ago...just an old fairytale like many others. The Vytal festival was approaching, giving young teams of future Huntsman and Huntress's a chance to show off their skills, and this year was just like any other. And like always, teams of any academy can volunteer to be a 'host team' for inspiring individuals that come from communities that may not have a proper academy. And it looks like a certain well known team at Beacon volunteered to host a student....

This virus causes one of the girls to turn on one of their own and kills in cold blood. With hearts torn and Hope slowly bring rebuilt, they collect themselves once piece at a time two years later.
