During their meeting, a long-buried truth is revealed: the Blue Planet is actually a reset version of Midgard (Earth). Eons ago, humanity became too destructive and ruined the planet, so the gods wiped them out and remade the world from its ruins. For thousands of years, the gods watched the new humanity grow. Now, piracy is at its peak. The World Government is corrupt, wars rage across the seas, and humans have gained incredible powers through Devil Fruits and Haki. Some individuals have become so strong that they could potentially challenge the gods themselves. Fearing that humanity is repeating the same mistakes that led to the destruction of the first Earth, the gods vote to wipe them out once again. However, before the sentence can be carried out, a challenge is proposed: Ragnarok. A series of battles between gods and humanity. If humanity wins, it earns the right to continue existing. If humanity loses, the current civilizations of the Blue Planet will be erased forever. To represent humanity, the Valkyrie Brunhilde chooses the strongest warriors of the Blue Planet-including pirates, marines, revolutionaries, and samurai. Among them stands humanity's greatest hope: Monkey D. Luffy, the future Pirate Queen and warrior of freedom, whose power and spirit may be enough to change the hearts of the gods themselves.

Look, I never thought I would ever hate, wait, no, scratch that, despise fate itself. Some people would say that fate had brought them to their partner or given them their purpose in life. But, really for me? Fate had only been cruel to me, my friends, and my companions. As the song goes... "This world is cruel but I'm still in love." This world is crueler to me to be honest.
