Vampires live for an eternity, unless you're killed of course, that eternity also comes with the loneliness as they venture along. One's lucky if the do find their mate, but what if they didn't? One shot that you can't miss. If you lost them, well they're gone. Guess what? An eternity of loneliness. And that was how Sebastian Donovan felt. For someone who lived for at least a hundred years alone, the man was sure patient. Good things comes to those who wait right? But that said man was also losing hope to finding his forever companion. Then again, a single party changed it all. An elegant and breathtaking woman stood in the middle of a house full of people. The crowd was a sea that you could easily get lost in, but why could Sebastian find that woman so easily? What was special about her? As they stood there, the world around them melted away, leaving only the two of them, lost in the moment. Emmett's eyes locked onto Khione's, his gaze burning with intensity. "But I don't care about any of that right now. All I care about is you, Khione. Being with you, holding you...it's the only thing that feels right." How could he such a thing so easily? How could he say all of that so easily? Why does it sound like he means every word? If he kept going, Khione's not sure if he'd be able to control himself. Khione's face inches closer to Emmett's, their lips almost touching. He couldn't think straight even if he wanted to. Not when Emmett was so close to him.Close enough to smell his irresistible fragrance. "I feel the same way, Emmett. When I'm with you, everything else fades away." Quite literally. When Emmett stepped even closer, he let those cold lips meet his. Their lips brushed against each other, a soft, gentle kiss that sent shivers down Khione's spine. As they deepened the kiss, the world around them melted away, leaving only the two of them, lost in the moment. 𝐎𝐑 Khione didn't have high expectations for Forks or the high school. He simply disliked having expectations, particularly if they could lead to disappointment. He intended to give his all to finish his final years in high school and then leave. Perhaps residing in a remote location sounds appealing. As soon as he locked eyes with mischievous and intense golden, you could argue that his brain chemistry was immediately changed.
