Oscar Pine a former farmhand from Mistral must head to Haven in order to start fulfilling his role in keeping Remnant safe. This story was inspired by a fanfiction I read on Fanfiction Net by mantisbelle. (All that I took from it exactly is who Oscar's father is, really) you should totally check it out. RWBY is owned by Roosterteeth Oscar was always told by his mother that his father was dead, but when she died, he brought his parents up to his Aunt once. She told him that his father had left his family and that he was dead to his mother. By now, Oscar had come to terms with that knowledge and decided that he never wanted to see the man that had hurt his mother so much. However, fate had a way of playing with destiny.

Oscar a grim was just doing what he normally does wander the forest and help from the shadows at least he was until he met the silvered eyed beauty. (I completely skip the Ozpin part of the story, I changed it so Ozpin didn't die and was just really injured and went off the grid for a while so oz is still alive 😁)

Their adopted son Oscar does not promote the way they rule the kingdom. The niece of a blacksmith, Ruby Rose along with other friends will help him overthrow his parents and bring about peace.
