Rose Morgan is a prisoner of SHIELD. She was first put on SHIELD's radar when she was sixteen years old for stealing. But it wasn't the thieving that had Fury so interested in her. It was her strange ability she used to elude arrest every single time without being seen. It was then, that Fury discovered she was a shape-shifter and instead of handing her over to the authorities, he imprisoned her, hoping to utilize her abilities for SHIELD's purposes. Its been six years and the Tesseract is found, Fury decides to put Roses loyalty to the test and has her and Barton overseeing the Cube as NASA and Astrophysicist Erik Selvig try to uncover it's many secrets, but it's not the only one who has something to hide. When Rose gets kidnapped by the thief that took the Cube he discovers her darkest secret and makes it his mission to expose her secret to the world, causing as much chaos as he can along the way.

Rose Morgan lives at her aunts house, in the city of Raleigh, NC , and it's officially summer, schools out , meaning they'll be in senior year next year, Rose's aunt, Christie, told Rose that they'd be going down to the outer banks to 'get out of the city', where Rose meets the pogues and JJ.
