STAR WARS: A Voice of Hope The universe is still reeling from the destruction of the New Republic and the Rise of Supreme Leader Kylo Ren. With Luke Skywalker gone, Kylo has become obsessed with finding the scavenger, Rey. He has dispatched his dreaded Knights of Ren to the ends of the galaxy in search of her. Meanwhile, with the Resistance decimated after the battle on Crait. General Leia Organa has sent Finn, Poe Dameron, and Rose Tico on a recruiting mission to Corellia. Her hope, that her brother's brave sacrifice on Crait was enough to re-ignite the spark of rebellion in the galaxy.

Immediately following the events of The Last Jedi, the battle for the galaxy continues between the First Order and the last of the Resistance. As the new Supreme Leader takes the throne, the First Order is focused on finding and destroying all who oppose them. The Resistance had disappeared into hiding and desperation has forced them to explore the gray areas of war. Meanwhile, on opposite sides of the war, Rey and Kylo Ren are forced to face the realities of their bond, their complicated relationship, their loyalty to their causes, and their understanding of the Force. Could their star-crossed connection be tied to the fate of the galaxy? This is a slow burn! Enemies to friends to lovers. This story continues the arcs and themes beautifully woven through The Last Jedi, as well as the narrative from the previous two trilogies. All plot elements are intended to be canon-compliant through TLJ. This is 100% complete. It was completed in December 2019 on A03 before The Rise of Skywalker was released, so this is not a "fix-it" fic as much as an alternative to Episode IX. This is a dark story. Rey is hard working and a great student, which is why Rose Tico's parents want her to follow her lead through college, thinking she needs to stop being distracted by her new boyfriend, Finn and study more. Instead, Rose believes if her parents see Rey in a relationship and still working hard, they will allow her and Finn to continue dating. The only problem is, Rey is kind of a loner, which makes it difficult for Rose and Finn to find her a boyfriend. There's also the fact that Rey refused to go along with their scheme. Ben is kind of the outcast on campus. Meaning most everyone is afraid of him, but when Finn promises to pay him to go out with his roommate, Rey, he might actually be able to afford the parts for the plane he's spent 4 years working on. Only problem is the girl doesn't date anyone. So, how does the campus outcast get the girl to fall for him?

A story based on events after Star Wars Episode IX in the realms of science-fiction and speculative theories about alternative or parallel universes and galaxies, biological, viral and cyborg integration, reincarnation, love and the usual sum of mystical elements. Without sci-fi elements, possibilities in space and the creativity of them it wouldn't be Star Wars! Set nearly six years after Episode IX... The new Jedi temple is a highly secure building in a newly created city on Tatooine after around half a decade worth of work assisted by the Coruscant Construction Company. It has left some local groups green-eyed with new enemies formed from Jabba's old palace and the likes. Sometimes Poe and company have had to help out with assistance alongside old friend Chewie in the Millennium Falcon - the legendary space vessel that the late Leia was happy for Poe to look after as promised. However with the security and patrol team led by Rose (who now has a child with her married partner Finn), it is a formidable fortress of the Jedi (almost like the Coruscant Temple) and is controlled by the passionate and legendary Jedi Master Rey, with Jedis Finn (who completed his training and ended up a decent but constantly improving Jedi) and Millius Scholomer 'Scholl' - a Twi'lek with a hairband (or twidband?) usually worn in combat who is very wise and regarded highly by Rey. Even the odd rumours of Grogu being seen in the temple loom. Things have been relatively quiet since. Classic lines await: Rey: "Ben!" Finn: "Ren!" G-KR: "Rei...nhald... call me Captain or General Kieran Reinhald... I don't think we've met before? ..." They all look shocked !!!! G-KR: "where the hell am I? Looks like someone tossed the galaxy in a salad bowl and left us scratching our bellies" as the captain looks at the GGPSR (Galactic GPS Radar) on board. "Oh bugger! This wormhole is a can of worms!" ... One of the Citizen Fleet looks on as menacing spacecrafts start popping out of the wormhole.
