Rossetti Stories

This is the story of a young queen, Romanvo, in a secret world of men fighting for her position and respect when she is about to give the order that will lead her institute into war and change the world forever. This is all a really rough first draft so please comment and give you ideas :)

What if we died tomorrow - what things would we miss? Inspired by the works of Christina Rossetti (particularly the poem 'Song').

So when the last and dreadful hour This crumbling pageant shall devour The trumpet shall be heard on high, The dead shall live, the living die, And music shall untune the sky. -Dryden This book is an idea I've been wanting to do for awhile. It's basically going to be a labor of love and a single place to showcase the poetry that inspired me throughout my life. All these poets are dead now, but their genius and words shall never be. I will be adding as I can, and if there are any poems you think should be added, message me or comment in the book and I will add it. I just need the title and author. I love discussing these oldies too, so discussion is always welcome in the comments. Anyone else trying to wade through English Literature books?? Join the club! Although I love English Literature one does have to keep the passion alive and therefore during my exams I got a couple of ways of making it fun and decided to share with you what I came up with. Sharing is caring right? These are normally in the form of interesting/sarcastic/comedic (in my opinion) chapter/poem summaries.
