Another year older, Rouge finds herself on the rooftop of Club Rouge during the height of summer. There's only one person she wants to spend the day with, and he just so happens to live in Central City. Shadow might not age in the same way that she does, but when she meets up with him to celebrate her birthday, Rouge realises that he's changed far more than she could have ever anticipated.
