Rove is a regular HiveWing. An orphan and a little odd, she was adopted by rich parents and moved half across Pantala in the hopes of a peaceful life. But when she stumbles across a dragon haunted by those who want him dead, one mystery leads to another and Rove finds out her own secret, and how everyone she ever loved wouldn't hesitate to kill her for it. This is the story of Rove.

Chloe is a seventeen year old girl. She has a ten year old sister called Cora. The two girls live in a house in California together with their mother. Ryan is eighteen years old and has a ten year old brother called Ely. He moves with his father and brother to Los angeles and finished high school as a senior.
