He was smart and all but he was mostly just a softboy that acted a bit strange. He is also apart of the nightshades. Xavier is his roommate. Also apart of the nightshades. Xavier understands Rowan and possibly might have a crush on him. But he struggles to admit it. Although he understands Rowan, they still fight and take things too far.
