Yn was orphaned after the war as his father Tsu'tey and mother sylwanin both died in the first war. Yn had been passed around from a happy family of Tau'nui to the metkayina somehow ending up in the islands of Awa'atlu. He was only a few cycles old when this happened so he has no memory of the forest he belonged to all he knew was he felt at home in the reefs, occasionally venturing out with his brother to the forest for their own fun. He was soft for his brother he would protect him with everything he had if he had to even die for his brother. His brother is his responsibility. Context - Yn is adopted by Ronal and Tonowari. Same things goes with Tsireya, Ao'nung. He thinks of them as his siblings. Imagine Sylwanin is not Neytiri sister. I want her to be her friend since I want Neytiri to feel close with Yn.
