Tobias isn't really the leader type. But he has no problem putting people in their place when they disrespect Phin. He's her right-hand man. The Second-in-command. So Phin started looking for a cure and a way to bring down Roxxon under her alias; The Tinkerer. Tobias will do anything to make sure that Phin reaches her goal. And by anything...he means anything. Now with this new Spider-Man in town messing things up for The Underground. Being nosy. Stealing stuff. Getting in the way. Tobias is starting to get pissed.
