A young girl goes to spend the night with a friend who is like an older brother to her and winds up at the palace after he, a Royal Guard, gets called in to stand in for a colleague who got injured and she decides there and then to become a Royal Guard after she was done with school. Years later after she achieved her dream at a Royal Ball where the off-duty guards were invited to she spotted a guard loading a gun in the shadows and leaves the ballroom to get her own gear for in case it was necessary and a fight breaks out between the guards loyal to the Palace and the rebels and her life changes drastically after waking up from a coma.
