With HIM defeated ( the greatest threat to New Townsville and the world ) the PowerPuff Girls Z can now take it easy and deal with villains without too much worry. well kind of, the RowdyRuff Boys have been taking the lost of they're last fight with the girls pretty poorly they deside to ask Mojo jojo to give them powers. Little do both sides know that some one has much bigger plans for them. Plans that will change them and the world.

When a freak snowstorm hits the city of Tokyo and causes mass icebergs, the Utonioms use their latest invention, Chemical-Z, to combat it. However, this caused these rays of light to spread all over the place. Half were white, and the other half black. The black lights turned anything they hit into dangerous super villains hellbent on domination and destruction. Luckily, where there is darkness, there is always light. Light that took the form of four young heroes who will combat these villains. Who are these heroes you ask? They are none other than, The Powerpuff Kids Z! They're childhood friends started a group called RowdyRuff Boys. Will the RowdyRuff Boys be able to remember their childhood friends? Will they be friends again?Will they remember them?
