He lives in Clara's former portion of the house. Sofia used the money she inherited from her grandparents to buy her home before she got married to Oscar. He signed a prenuptial. Gerald Barrera died and left everything to his godson. Alfred Veracruz died with Gerald on a fishing boat. a bigger boat was driving and hit the engine, and they were asleep on the boat. Chris Jr. was left Alfred's savings, which he purchased his two vehicles. Clara sold the Rolls-Royce after they stopped making parts for it. Her children sold the other two vehicles. They buried their parents in Boston. Maura and Jane still own their successful businesses.
