The story begins where Lin Qiushi, an omega who is brilliant and works exceptionally well, has an impaired sense of smell and pheromone release. Because of this, even his coworkers think he is a Beta and he neve bother to explain others. He never felt bad or saw this as a problem, given his busy work life. Unfortunately, one day he opens his bathroom door and finds himself in a very cold place covered in snow. While trying not to panic, he walked further and stopped at a tree, where he saw a girl standing near a dead wolf. Even though the situation was scary with the wolf's blood, the girl, dressed in a white gown like an angel, was so beautiful he could barely manage to blink. She approached him and introduced herself, saying, "Hi, I'm Ruan Baijie, and you?"

Ruan Nanzhu survived haunted doors, deadly games, and fashion disasters. But nothing-and he means nothing-could've prepared him for the chaos of domestic life with Lin Qianshi and a baby girl who blabbered like a boss and pooped like it was warfare. One moment, he was dramatically lounging in silk cheongsams. The next, he was holding a suspiciously loud baby while Lin Qianshi tried to decipher diaper straps like it was a secret code. She was adopted after a little pestering, some truly persuasive pouting, and a highly emotional PowerPoint presentation by Ruan Nanzhu titled "Why I Deserve a Baby (and Also Would Look Great Holding One)." Now, they were learning how to be a family. A strange, glitter-filled, milk-stained, sassy little family. And somehow... it felt just right. THESE ARE NOT ONESHOTS!
