Oscar's life has always been hard with his entire family making up an entire gang. He has always felt that he wasn't like everyone else he didn't know why. Being in his families gang was never the plan but he didn't have a choice especially if he wants to protect his little brother. Vincent is an agent working for a secret government agency, looking to make a name for himself.
