Elinor rued the day when her father saw her for who she was. Hiccup knew his father would and could never accept him as himself. A twisting turn of events bring the two together with a little help from not just one dragon, but two. ~ ~ ~ hope you guys enjoy this, it's not entirely for serious so probably a very unorganized uploading schedule and choppy writing style, read at your own risk ~

I wrote this (Score #1) listening to "Two New Alphas" from the HTTYD 2 scores composed by John Powell. It might give the story greater personal depth if you listen to it as you read! :) This is just a short drabble that was inspired by the song. I honestly just love writing anything that involves friendship and bonding. If you're interested and enjoy my writing, please dm me or leave a comment with some HTTYD drabble requests! (Like what-ifs, Hiccstrid moments, different AU's, and lot's of whump!) I will most likely be uploading more small pieces that I've written based on certain HTTYD scores (or other songs) in mind. I down have a name for this book yet, but I can tell you what it's about, CiCi Hofferson is Astrid Hofferson's Cousin, well,kinda, Astrid's grandmother's twin sister is Cici's grandmother, so technically they're second cousins, but who cares?! No pays attention to that kinda stuff anyway,right?! This story is based after HTTYD 1,so sorta in the middle of the series, maybe after Defenders of Berk?

Hiccup was an outcast in Berk. After befriending a dragon, he realized these 'monsters' weren't what he thought they were. He learned things from his dragon, which caused him to excel in dragon training. Eventually he was chosen to have the honor to kill a monstrous nightmare. He knew he couldn't do it, he wouldn't do it which pushed him to run away. During his journey he meets a girl who had a light-fury. I dont own httyd.

Now that the Berkians live alongside dragons -which used to be their biggest threat- the harmony on the island interferes with their wants as other tribes disagree with the peace between man and dragon. Along the way of the journeys of the dragon riders they encounter rough challenges and new people that help them inch closer to they're happy ending.
