A total of 700,000 child errors died in that experiment leaving only Yuu and a few others alive. The result in that experiment however was a success with Yuu becoming the Artificial Level 5 but due to circumstances, he was able to escape the project and fled to the city and seeked refuge from civillians. Or otherwise kids with Psychic powers, actually the whole place is populated by kids to eighteen year olds. But what will he do with this new power he has in hands?
