The world is powered by strange stones known as runestones, each type a unique elemental property which is being used to heat and produce water or just power your phone. Ethan Davis is a highschool student who is fed up with the mention of runes, he just wants them to dothe tasks he wants. On his way to shcool one day he comes across a runestone he has never seen before. This runestone will do all it takes to break him someday.

All Catra cares about is taking down the princesses. She cared about it so much, she pushed everyone away to do so. That's when she realized she needed them the most. (we just gonna pretend that the whole magicat, can turn into a panther thing wasn't revealed tho lol)

In 2049, an alien species of dragon has to evacuate their planet, and come to Earth, due to an alien army taking over their planet. Many years later in 2057, the alien race has come to conquer Earth, and 7 9th graders have to rescue a runestone from a volcano to provide the planet with defenses. Please don't hate me too much, even if my story is absolute trash. I apologize if it is, but it is my first story, so please do not be too mean.

Dragons are naturally greedy. It's a fact that Bryne absolutely hates, even if he is the same way. Orphaned as a hatchling, Bryne has spent most of his life around, well, non-drgons. Most of his days consists of having a good time, figuring out how to survive, prank the unsuspecting citizen, running from the law, infuriating said law enforcers, food, more fun, more running, and the occasional break-in to his best friend's house. A normal life for a young dragon. But not all good things last. It's his instinctive drive to hoard treasure that makes Bryne pick up the dark stone, a few days after the heaviest storm of the season. Soon after, his friends start to notice that the normally outgoing dragon was changing. At first, he was only growing less and less talkative, until his eagerness left his eyes, and before anybody knew it, he'd shut them all out. His best friend's convinced the stone is the cause, and everybody sees no reason to doubt it. Even so, the stakes are not known until one of their number is turned against them; ready to kill on sight. Suddenly, the group is faced with a bigger threat than they could have dreamed, and they suddenly know that, perhaps, they aren't quite as normal as they'd once thought. **This is an old version of the story, and no longer to my standards. I'm leaving this up in the event that anyone does care to see this, but if I get to the point where I actively start posting the new version, this story will most likely get deleted.
