After escaping an abusive foster family, Lydia needs somewhere to hide, and someone who won't turn her over to the police. Diane Sherman, finally finished with her prison sentence, needs someone to take care of. But when Lydia no longer needs her, will Diane be able to let her go? Or will the need to be needed overtake her yet again?
