A group of extraterrestrial beings called The Xetarious. Some of which who are terribly incompetent. An "outlaw." An innocent on the run from a merciless government and a group of self-proclaimed leaders. A girl. She has the extraterrestrial beings, government, and pretty much everyone else eating out the palm of her hand. But, the outlaw is no fool, he can see right through her. Unfortunately, he realizes a little too late that he needs to get on her good side so she will aid him and avoid being mercilessly tortured and killed, exiled, or worse- put up for Judgement. A steampunk, biopunk story. In the U.S pacifism is countrywide. Any sort of violence causes for consequence. In the year 2099 there was a mass murder. An innocent child is convicted an outlaw and is wanted to receive consequence. The thirteen year old boy is scared and starts to run. He spends the next five years of his life on a miserable odyssey. Moving cities or cities almost as soon as he arrives, using a different name every time he reaches a new destination, never having a home or any friends. Disowned by his family, and all alone. He's forced to resort to crime. He can't get a job because he's underage and even if he wasn't a minor there's still a chance he'd be recognized. Five years later he makes the mistake of relocating to St. Petersburg, where the extraterrestrial beings and government reside. He meets a seventeen year old girl and has quite the run-in with her, but she might just be the way out of his current predicament.

Carrie isn't happy, but she doesn't quite know what she is. She's stagnant, laying in bed most of the day and floating along without really experiencing anything. It seems like nothing can pull her out of this lull, until a boy appears in her life. He's blonde, intense, and everything she seems to have been missing. If there's some detail that's not there anymore, it's because we already replaced all of the current chapters with the updated ones.
