Moving to a new town is great until finding out the murder statistics and constant strange happenings. It doesn't seem worth the trouble nor risk till you have a new regular. After Tara is shot, she ends up unconscious in San Francisco and meets the Charmed Ones, meanwhile Willow believing that Tara is dead goes on killing speer to avenge the death of her lover.
