After running away from their homes and getting shoved into a selection line, China and Russia found themselves in the situation of being the cloud prince's companions. He took care of them and treated them in a way they hadn't been in the past three years. They didn't think they looked like they were romantically involved with each other until the prince's little sister asked why he trapped his boyfriends in a wall of clouds. The Asian Reef and Eurasian Black dragons didn't stop pestering the prince till he gave them an answer. He didn't answer for a year, not because he didn't want to, but because he just physically couldn't form words whenever they asked. I don't know how to write descriptions(it sounds weird when I shrink the plot into two-three paragraphs), also it's ruschiame (that seems to make people interested?) but dragons. Anyway, this is probably my favorite fic that I've ever written and I love them like they're my children. IMPORTANT: I have deleted the comment but I should probably note that I am not and will never be comfortable with someone using my comment section as a platform for their services. Using praise and validation as a way to get me to commission you to adapt my work into a web:physical comic or animation is, in my opinion and experience in interacting with people attempting to convince me to commission them, highly disingenuous, unprofessional, and disrespectful to me as a person. I do NOT want to have my work converted into a comic or animated format and even if I did, I would take the time to do it myself to make sure it's exact to how I envision the world in my head. In the event that I do want to commission someone to make art for me, I would seek out the person myself rather than trust someone who popped up in my comment section advertising their services to me. Please stop doing this, this goes for all of my work.

(cover-art is mine, as usual) In a world where the color of your eyes determines your worth, Red eyes, were the last thing anyone wants. Red eyes, no matter how good of a person you might be, will always make you a monster. Nothing else mattered other than eyes, they were the deciding factor for everything. Saturation levels coincided with strength, luminosity with potential, proximity to Red, Yellow, or Blue dictated the individual's power.. Yellow was often desirable for the sheer number of powerful people, as well as their wits and energy. Blue was sought after for their high saturation and luminosity, but their often caring and hard working nature made them the ideal candidate for continuing a blood line. Reds were avoided and killed for their explosive, unpredictable, and almost always violent reactions. Reds, ever prone to danger, are often a source of harm to themselves and others. However, they don't normally have high or saturation levels, which deems them less of a threat on a day-to-day basis. But... On the off, near zero chance, that they have high levels of saturation and luminosity... They're labeled death fodder from birth, often being killed when those first fringes of that disgusting crimson are seen behind their lashes.. Warning: smut (probably not tho, not the kind of story that'd have it or need it) emotional and physical abuse towards children, teens, and young adults unprovoked violence and violence against minorities a lot of cursing (and I mean, A Lot of cursing) self-harm and self-harming disorders attempted suicide via strangulation, hanging, and overdose Suicide scratching off skin and muscle gnawing off the nail beds biting off and consuming the inner cheek consumption of human blood eating disorders infected wounds (mostly nail infections) stalking variably lost bodily autonomy mental illness (as always) Ame being a dick when he's hungry And finally, a lot of unmediated depression

Warning: homophobic slurs/homophobia, China's a closet case, Russia's technically dead, Russia is a threat contained only by his fascination with America's hair and China's hour plus long space rants. Anyway, there's a test chapter in my oneshot book (not a plug, I'm just lazy and I genuinely suck at writing descriptions) Also, should probably mention this here, although there's homophobic slurs (british word for cigarette, 2 of which are in chapter one) there's no racial or intellectual slurs. And for anyone wondering, I have the pass and right to say the bad word for gays, I am trixic (non-binary specific sub-sexuality of lesbian), demi-romantic, ace-spec, and nixic (nixic is a sub-gender of non-binary and is often overlapping with agender, I am nixangi specifically).
