And currently, it's under the supervision of a man named "Epsilon" it's pronounced ep-say-lon by the way. And he's doing a great job! In this story, you will see...some of this. And...It's through the eyes of a young man working inside a terrible Wifi-free Ice cream parlor thats also inside a district called "The Hotspot" that 84% of the district is connected to an internet source. Exciting right? Here we shall see the day-to-day and not so day-to-day activity of the interesting characters inside the Hotspot. That includes mister Young man working inside a wife-free ice cream parlor, his badass barber friend, twins being followed by a crazy android person, two crazy artists of different ages, a band of cooks looking for an establishment, and many more! Including a mysterious Fire Elemental named "Wisp" who can summon BLUE flames So without further or do, I welcome you to the Hotspot!
