I wanted a hiding place. That's the only thing in my mind while I ran as fast as I could. I hold back the tears that threatened to burst out by biting my lips. So hard, I think it's bleeding. It looked rich, the stairs alone had red carpet laced onto them. The flowers in the vase, and some toys that seemed to be mine when I was younger. Pleasant. But somehow, it looked a bit off.
