When Marlee is abandoned drunk and heartbroken on a desolate desert highway by her boyfriend, she's picked up by a mysterious long-haul trucker named Rusty Nail-a man whose reputation echoes through CB radios like a myth born from diesel and blood. Meanwhile, two road-tripping friends, Seth and Dana, stumble across the same lot while chasing thrill and curiosity.
