My OC is the sister of Tam and Linh Song, who's a member of the Neverseen and is wiped from the memory of her siblings.

When she is assigned the task to solve the a councillor's death, she meets mysterious Flare, an apparent Neverseen member. Flare was also tasked with solving the death, but what they will do with the information varies. Kaylessa Salvaxe, a proud and strong Neverseen member has become close friends with a Black Swan wannabe named Essa. They both serve their own side, though they are afraid to hurt each other. When a huge catastrophe happens that sends them both spiraling with doubt, they decide to break off and create the one and only, Neverswan!
