While in the school library, Team RWBY is pulled into a computer, and taken to Cyber-Space, a whole digital world within the system of Beacon. There, they have to use brain power to solve problems and win the day against the Hacker.

Heading to the Kalos Region, Team RWBY and JNPR are ready to start a new journey, and this time as a team. While here, they meet all sorts of new Pokemon even Ruby has never seen before.

Larry-Boy is back! And his friends need his help! Salem has taken Team RWBY, and Larry-Boy must find them, before it is too late. Along the way, he meets up with some familiar faces he hasn't seen for a while.

After Salem is defeated, she soon returns, but is in need of a vessel. So, she turns to a pure hearted maiden, the same one who defeated her in the first place.

Team RWBY is called upon by Master Eon after the core of light is destroyed. He is not only looking for an apprentice, but for new Skylanders. He believes Team RWBY have what it take to become Skylanders. Kaos, meanwhile, over hears that they are from another world. If he takes over Skylands, he decided that Team RWBY's world will be the next part of his conquest.
