And really he only felt happiness and guilt. But that never stopped him. Gavino was the Jester king, clumsy, and dumb, he was still one of the best kings in the six kingdoms. Mad King was ruthless, slaying everyone who didn't obey Ray or, as a little girl called him once, Tuxedo mask, was the Best king. Super nice and incredibly humble JackP and DGGeoff were the first two kings. Geoff being the one who drank a lot, and Jack was the humblest. But what happens when their kingdoms fall apart? When they have to rely on each other to survive which, considering they're opposite personalities and their hatred for one another, is not a good idea. What happens when their kingdoms fall?

In 2012, the world has become widely populated with a new species: the migas. Half-human half-animal, these migas are considered a lower class to humans, and if not wild, are often enslaved or prejudiced. On January 11, 2010, a young migas is abandoned by her clan, left to be either captured by humans or die of some other cause due to her slight disability- her inability to smell. She is taken into custody of scientists not long after. She escapes the facility to Austin, where she is found weeks later by a man named Geoff Ramsey. Now in the care of a higher class, she worries if he discovers her migas blood, then she will be once again abandoned. How long will it take before Geoff- or one of his friends- discover the girl's greatest secret?

So I read this fic ages ago but it wasn't complete and it hadn't been updated since 2014 and I really want to finish it so I decided to finish it myself, however, all credit for the idea and the first chapter goes to jaeparker on archiveofourown and their fic was called 'your graduation'. This is their summary: Michael and Gavin grew up together. Inseparable. best friends for life. Until One day Gavin just stops talking to Michael entirely. Right when Michael needs his best friend most, he's gone in an instant. Gavin leaves Michael to deal with school, growing up, and the loss of both of his parents alone.
