The only thing distracting him? A beautiful, wild little punk kid. These two boys are pretty different, but when love wants to find you, it will find you, and there's nothing you can do about it. Hmm, maybe 'crazy' and 'genius' fit together after all... High School AU Brendon's P.O.V., though it does switch Frank's P.O.V. and Gerard's P.O.V. for the sake of the storyline to continue properly.
